The Inland Empire is located just 40 miles east of Los Angeles and includes parts of both in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. This rapidly growing area is now the 13th largest metropolitan area in the United States with an estimated population of almost 4.5 million people. Business activity in the Inland Empire grew at a robust pace in the 4th quarter of 2020, exceeding the national average. As the cost of real estate continues to sky rocket in LA County and nearby coastal areas, the Inland Empire (IE) has become an increasingly affordable option for both residential and commercial buyers.

ANTELOPE VALLEY PROFILE
The Antelope Valley is a metropolitan area located in northern Los Angeles County, and the southeastern part of Kern County. It consists of several principal communities, such as Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Mojave, California City and Edwards Air Force Base. The population has increased to almost 500,000 which has led to notable growth in the retail sector, including the Palmdale’s Antelope Valley mall. Another driving force of growth is in aerospace and defense sector. Companies such as Northrup Grumman, BAE, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and others call The Antelope Valley home.
