THE INLAND EMPIRE

The Inland Empire is located just 40 miles east of Los Angeles and includes parts of both in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. This rapidly growing area is now the 13th largest metropolitan area in the United States with an estimated population of almost 4.5 million people. Business activity in the Inland Empire grew at a robust pace in the 4th quarter of 2020, exceeding the national average. As the cost of real estate continues to sky rocket in LA County and nearby coastal areas, the Inland Empire (IE) has become an increasingly affordable option for both residential and commercial buyers.

The Mojave River Valley – Jewel of the Inland Empire

The Mojave River Valley in particular is quickly becoming one of the most sought after regions for real estate entrepreneurs within the Inland Empire. The Victor Valley includes the thriving communities of Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Hesperia and has a total estimatd population of 550,000. The SCLA has become a driving force in the region’s growth and is positioned to become one of the largest international cargo airports in the United States.

The Mojave River Valley, formally known as the Victor Valley is the place where the next big land boom in California is already happening. As the demand for distribution centers grows in the Inland Empire, the region will become the new center of distribution in the state.

BARSTOW AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITES

Barstow is a city in San Bernardino County, CA with a population of 23,857.
The city area is about 41.39 square miles with housing priced well below Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. The City of Barstow is mid-point between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, lying just 30 miles north of Victorville. Conveniently located at the intersection of Interstates 15 and 40, as well as Highways 58 and 247, Barstow provides optimal access to Southern California as well as Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

ANTELOPE VALLEY PROFILE

The Antelope Valley is a metropolitan area located in northern Los Angeles County, and the southeastern part of Kern County. It consists of several principal communities, such as Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Mojave, California City and Edwards Air Force Base. The population has increased to almost 500,000 which has led to notable growth in the retail sector, including the Palmdale’s Antelope Valley mall. Another driving force of growth is in aerospace and defense sector. Companies such as Northrup Grumman, BAE, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and others call The Antelope Valley home.
